In-Stock- non custom items will be shipped within 5 days from the receipt of the order vis USPS Priority Mail for all US, Canada and other Internationals orders. You will be provided a tracking number for all orders via email at the time of shipping.
All custom orders will be quoted a ship cost prior to mailing.
All Backordered items are shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Backordered item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Production and shipping for all Custom Items are noted on the product pages. You will also be notified via email once you place your order.
Paper+cup strives to provide you with amazing products. In the event any product you order or receive as a gift from paper+cup does not meet or exceed your expectations, returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The item(s) must be in it's original packaging and in resale condition. All opened or used items can not be returned. An e-mail notification will be sent after we have processed your return and issued credit to your account.
-custom returns- (any product the client has customized – social stationery, wedding invitations, party invitations, etc.) paper+cup does not take returns on any custom design. Your approval through the online proofing process or via email is your permission to go ahead with the design. Paper+cup is not responsible for incorrect details once the proof has been approved including: spelling, general layout, color, incorrect information. All requests for reprints will be an additional charge to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
